• Trusted contractors and tradespeople — only to the extent necessary to carry out work at your property, and only with your knowledge.
• Netlify — our website and form hosting provider. Form submissions are stored securely by Netlify. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — if you accept cookies, anonymised usage data is shared with Google. See Section 6.
• Legal and regulatory authorities — where we are required to do so by law.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. No analytics data is collected until you explicitly accept cookies via our cookie banner.

If you accept, Google Analytics may collect:

• Pages visited and time spent on the site.
• Approximate geographic location (country/region level only — IP addresses are anonymised).
