Costa Carefree was built by people who've lived both sides of the story — owning a property on the Costa Blanca and spending most of the year somewhere else.

OUR STORY

We're Ingthor and Gudny.

We started Costa Carefree because we know exactly what it feels like to be hundreds of kilometres away, wondering if everything at the property is okay. Is the alarm working? Did the pipes survive winter? Is it exactly as we left it?

Those questions have a way of growing. A small worry becomes a recurring thought. And the calls you make to neighbours or the local contact you half-trust don't really answer them — they just move the uncertainty around.

We live here, on the Costa Blanca, year-round. We've built the local relationships — with contractors, tradespeople, specialists — that make it possible to actually look after a property the way you'd look after it yourself. Not the way a faceless management company does.

Costa Carefree is personal. We know our clients by name. We know their properties. And when something goes wrong — as things sometimes do — we deal with it directly, and we only involve you when a decision is actually needed.

We cover the southern Costa Blanca from Costa Blanca and San Miguel de Salinas across to Torre-Pacheco and Las Colinas, and all the way along the Mar Menor coastline to Los Alcázares. We know the roads, the contractors, the local suppliers, and the quirks of properties in this part of Spain.
