When you hand someone the keys to your home from two thousand kilometres away, you are placing a lot of trust in a promise. Most property management comes down to exactly that: someone tells you it has been done, and you believe them. We thought owners deserved better than a promise.
Seeing is believing
So we built an app. Every time we visit your property, the visit is logged against a checklist, and every item is backed by photographs taken on the spot. You do not get a reassuring email written after the fact — you get a timestamped record of what was actually checked, with the pictures to show it.
That changes the relationship. You are not asking us to be trusted; you are watching the work happen. If a shutter is damaged or a filter needs replacing, you see it the same day, with the same eyes we do.
More than reports
The app is becoming the single place where your property lives:
- Photo-logged inspections for every visit, kept as a permanent history.
- An arrival calendar, so when you or your guests are coming we can have the home aired, cooled, and ready.
- Service requests you can send in a tap, instead of chasing messages across email and WhatsApp.
- Digital checklists that make every visit consistent, whoever carries it out.
Why it matters for a premium home
A well-kept home on this coast is an asset worth protecting properly. The app is how we make that care visible and accountable — not a marketing gloss, but a working record you can open at any moment and trust completely.
We are still building, and there is more to come. But the principle behind it will not change: you should never have to wonder how your property is doing. You should just be able to look.
