What we do
We provide property and vehicle management for people who own a second home on the coast but spend most of the year somewhere else. That means regular, scheduled visits to your property, a careful walk-through against a fixed checklist, and a clear photo report sent to you each time — so you always know exactly how things stand.
Our property service, Carefree Home, comes in three levels — Watch, Care, and Home — so you can choose how often we visit and how much we handle. For owners who keep a car here, Carefree Drive keeps it started, charged, and ready, whether it lives at your property or in secure storage.
Why we started
We are a small, two-person team, and we built Costa Carefree around a simple idea: the person checking on your home should be someone you can actually reach, who knows your property, and who treats it with the same care they would their own. Not a call centre. Not a stranger with a key and no accountability.
Your property is fine. We just checked.
That sentence is the whole point. When we leave your home, you should be able to relax — not because we said so, but because you can see it for yourself in the report.
